Cautions
After application of Bergamot, be sure to avoid direct sunlight for at
least 12-24 hours. Best to massage this power oil into your feet for a
relaxing pre-bedtime routine or in a spot that will not be exposed to
the sun if you spend time in the sun during the day.
Oils that blend well with Bergamot oil
As a citrus essential oil, Bergamot blends well with a variety of other
oils. If you are looking for good oils to blend with Bergamot, try
doTERRA Lavender, Patchouli, Lime, or Arborvitae. Mixing Bergamot
oil with any of these essential oils will provide both an uplifting and
calming element to your blend.
