SECTION 3: HOW TO ENROLL

Go to www.mydoterra.com/medinabell

Fill out the application with your personal information

Create a password, this will be the password you enter to be able to place future orders
and track past orders. Make sure the password you choose has 8-15 characters and has at
least 1 capital letter; 1 lower case letter; and 1 number in it - Write this password down and
remember this!

Choose account type (You can click on “Learn More” to read the difference in Wellness
Advocate and Wellness Customer

Be sure to click box agreeing to terms and conditions (you can click on terms and
conditions to read information on membership

The referral number should already be added (if not – 2242278) If you click verify ID, my
name should come up after entering my ID number

Scroll down and click on “Continue”

The next page is “Select a Kit” – Scroll down to find kit you wish to purchase, click add
Most people choose an enrollment kit because they give you a good foundation, they
are priced lower than wholesale, and the enrollment fee is included. Add any other
products you may desire

You can also just pay the enrollment fee of $35 and then pick and choose what products
you would like to purchase

When finished selecting products, click on cart to review order (If there is a promo code
to enter, it is to be entered under the order summary and click apply) (If there is a
promotion with a qualifying PV amount, be sure to look at PV total under the subtotal
amount to make sure you have enough for the promotion)

Click “Proceed to Checkout”

Check shipping address (edit if desired) click box if you prefer to receive text order
updates, choose delivery and click “Continue”

Complete payment information, check “I’m not a robot” box, click “Continue”

Loyalty Rewards Offer – This is dōTERRA’s monthly Loyalty Rewards Program. If you’d like to
set up an order for next month, feel free to do so! See Section 4 for information on the
Loyalty Rewards Program. If you choose to not set it up now, you can always do it later
