ANTI-INFLAMMATORY

                                                TURMERIC LATTE:







































              1 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk (or milk of your choice)
              1/2 Cup Full Fat Coconut Milk (for the flavor and the healthy fats)

              1 tsp Cinnamon (or 1 drop cinnamon essential oil)
              1 Drop dōTERRA Turmeric Oil (or 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder)

              1 Drop Ginger Oil (or 1/4 teaspoon of ginger powder)
              Dip a toothpick into pink pepper oil or Black pepper oil and swirl it through the
              liquids (or add a pinch of black pepper)

              1 Teaspoon of Real Vanilla Extract
              1 Tablespoon of Real Maple Syrup



              Blend all ingredients together until they are frothy. Heat in a pot until you reach
              the desired temperature or heat in a mug in the microwave (for about 1½ - 2

              min) Serve it with a bit more cinnamon on top!



              MODIFICATION FOR CAFFEINE LOVERS:
              If you’d like to add coffee, just decrease your almond milk to 1/2 cup, add 1/2 cup
              of coffee to the mix and there you go!
