Emergency Use of Cell Phones – Staff

The Company recognizes the fact that many of its employees use a cell phone as a

organizations for which emergency contact is necessary. Limited emergency use of cell
phones is permitted under the following conditions

                       1. Employees must obtain permission from management prior to use.

                       2. Cell phones must be on vibrate-only mode.
                       3. Cell phones must be left in the office or employee locker unless otherwise
                          permitted by management.

Violation of Policy is Cause for Disciplinary Action

Employees who violate this policy will be subject to disciplinary actions, up to and
               including termination of employment.
