o Unresolved Customer complaints.
o Fraud or unethical business practices.
This can be for the amount of time the Pure Romance corporate office is investigating any conduct allegedly violating the
Consultant Agreement or a sanctioned amount of time as defined by the Pure Romance corporate office.
12.14 Termination of Agreement
Termination of a relationship with Pure Romance will result in the following:
Termination of the Consultant's Agreement and Pure Romance business.
Loss of party leads or opportunity leads.
Loss of Good Standing status.
Charging a Consultant for Party Complaint orders shipped out to her customer from the Pure Romance corporate office.
Any other measure expressly allowed within any provision of the Consultant Agreement or that which Pure Romance deems
appropriate to equitably resolve injuries caused partially or exclusively by the Consultant’s policy violation or contractual breach.
In situations deemed appropriate, the Pure Romance corporate office may institute legal proceeding for monetary and/or
equitable relief.
Either the Consultant or Pure Romance may terminate this Agreement upon fourteen (14) days advance written notice.
Terminated Consultants may not re‐enroll as a Consultant at any time.
12.15 Profiting from the Pure Romance Network
Consultants and their immediate family members are not permitted to sell marketing materials, supplies, coaching, training products
or other goods and services related directly or indirectly to Pure Romance to other consultants for profit.
On occasion, nominal fees may be collected for the purposes of covering expenses for meetings, retreats, fundraisers or other events.
These fees should be not more than what is necessary to cover basic expenses and should not be for the purposes of profiting from the
Pure Romance network.
12.16 Direct Marketing to Customers of Inactive Consultants
Pure Romance reserves the right to communicate digital marketing promotions to customers who purchased from Inactive
Consultants. The corporate office may connect customer of Inactive Consultants with an Active Consultant at its discretion.
13. REPORTING POLICY VIOLATIONS
If a Consultant observes a violation by another Consultant, she should submit a written description of the violation directly to the
Consultant Relations Department. Details should include dates, number of occurrences, persons involved, and any supporting
documentation.
14. PARTY COMPLAINTS
If the corporate office receives a party complaint or inquiry regarding an unresolved issue with a customer, a Consultant
Relations Department Representative will notify the Consultant via phone and email. The corporate office resolves all
customer complaints within 24 hours.
The Consultant Relations Department will attempt to contact the Consultant to resolve the situation. If the Consultant does
not respond within 24 hours, the corporate office will resolve the complaint.
If a customer’s backordered products are sent out on a Consultant’s behalf, the account will be charged the FULL Retail value
of the products, including the shipping and handling cost. The Consultant will not receive the Buying Discount off of the cost
