For example, the consultant re‐enrolls, activates and counts for the contest period. She becomes inactive and is inactive for a
                       period of at least one year, re‐enrolls by purchasing a new Kit and activates she may count one more time. This consultant
                       may not count for this same sponsor more than two total times.
                       For these re‐enrolling consultants to count towards contests or other bonuses, the consultant must call the corporate office
                       directly to re‐enroll. Enrolling via the web will not capture this information for the sponsor.
                      Re‐enrolling Consultants will keep their original Consultant ID and Sponsor provided they have been Inactive for less than
                       three years. Consultants Inactive for three or more years will be issued a new Consultant ID if they choose to request a new
                       Sponsor; if they wish to keep their old Sponsor, their Consultant ID will not change.


               12.7   Sponsor Changes
                      Requests to change Sponsors cannot be honored.
                      Even if a Consultant never Activated her first kit purchase, she may not request a new Sponsor unless she has been Inactive
                       for three or more consecutive years.
                      If a Consultant is Inactive for less than three years and re‐enrolls, she will automatically be reassigned to her original Sponsor
                       or upline. This holds true even if she did not activate her original kit purchase.
                      When a Consultant has been Inactive for three or more consecutive years and re‐enrolls, she may request to be assigned to a
                       new Sponsor. She will be issued a new Consultant ID. She is treated as a new Consultant and therefore eligible for all the
                       benefits as a new Consultant for her and her Sponsor.
                      A Consultant who re‐enrolls after three years under a new Sponsor may count toward contests or level advancement when
                       she meets the requirements to become Active.
                      House Account Policy: If a Consultant signs up under the Pure Romance corporate office, not a team leader, she is
                       considered a “House account” and will be allowed to join the team of a leader with whom she’s established a relationship.
                          o   An example of a Consultant eligible for this move would be a Consultant who signed up online (pureromance.com)
                              and has always had the Corporate Office as her sponsor. The Pure Romance corporate office will interview both
                              the House Consultant and the potential leader to ensure the pairing is a good fit, and a mutual decision will be
                              made.
                          o   A Consultant who was previously on a team, lost her upline, and rolled up to the House (Pure Romance corporate
                              office) is not permitted to join a new team.

               12.8   Level Advancement
               Pure Romance recognizes certain levels of performance in personal sales, sponsoring, and team performance. The specific level
               recognitions are defined and governed as described in the Rewards Book.
                      The Pure Romance corporate office updates Consultant Levels at 12:00 am ET on the first day of each month by determining
                       the number of Active Consultants in your downline.
                      You can move up levels throughout the month, but you will not drop below the Consultant Level determined on the first of the month.
                      You move up levels based on when new Consultants meet the minimum Retail order of $200.
                          o   Example: If on October 1 you are a Sr. Consultant with four Active Consultants in your first level downline, and the
                              number of Active Consultants in your downline increases during the month to eight in your first (not including roll‐
                              up consultants), you will move up to Director Level for the month of October. The Override Bonus and Free
                              Product issued to you in November will be paid at Director Level, provided you reach the personal Retail sales
                              minimum for the Sr. Consultant Level.
                      Should a Consultant drop a level, these changes are made once a month at 12:00 am ET on the first day of each month.
               Roll‐ups

               If a Consultant fails to remain Active, all the Consultants in the downline automatically roll up into the downline of the Consultant’s
               Sponsor.
                      Roll‐ups are not recognized as part of the qualifications in improving a Consultant’s level. However, they will be considered
