Mapping the guest experience
The rise & shine team held a Mapping the guest experience session this month that was
based around mapping the F&B booking experience. The team came up with lots of exciting
new ideas to help improve this experience and help improve our conversion.

Following BE ME our team have been rewarded and enjoyed being our guest for
the day with experiences such as dinner in our conservatory restaurant and
