Online Benefits Enrollment
With the UltiPro Online Enrollment System, you and your family can access your benefits information whenever you want, from
home or any place where you have internet access. Use UltiPro to make your benefit elections, update your personal information,
and to locate important benefits documents.
Logging in to UltiPro:
• Login into UltiPro using your username and password.
• Select “Myself”
• Select “Open Enrollment” and follow the prompts to complete your selections.
• Use the Team Member Portal to:
• Update your name, address and telephone number
• Choose Open Enrollment to complete your benefit elections during the Open
Enrollment Period.
• Choose Life Events for selections/changes related to qualifying events
Documents and Forms
The Team Member Online Portal in UltiPro allows you to download documents and forms such as Summary of Benefits and Cover‐
age (SBC), Annual Notices, Life Insurance Evidence of Insurability (EOI) forms, and much more.
