ONLINE BENEFITS ENROLLMENT
With the Ultimate Online Enrollment System, you and your family can access your benefits information whenever you want, from
home or any place where you have internet access. Use Ultimate to make your benefit elections, update your personal information,
and to locate important benefits documents.
TO ENROLL OR MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR BENEFITS:
1. Login to your Ultipro
2. Go to Myself, then Select Open Enrollment (this option is the 3rd column).
3. View the information about Open Enrollment and then select Next.
4. Add/Verify your Beneficiaries and Dependents. From this page, you can edit, add or delete beneficiaries
and dependents. Once complete, select Next.
5. Follow the prompts to enroll in or decline the benefit plans available to you.
6. Review the election information on the Confirm Your Changes page. From this page, you can return
to any applicable pages to make any changes, if needed.
7. Select Draft to continue the election at a later time (until your enrollment deadline) or select Submit
to complete your elections now. If you select Submit, you cannot make any changes without the
assistance of your Benefits Administrator. If you select OK, the Confirmation page appears.
8. Print the confirmation page for your records.
