                 Burnham Way Charitable Giving

                 Philanthropy is an essential part of Burnham’s culture. Through financial support, in-kind donations, event
                 participation, volunteer hours and professional guidance, Burnham employees are making a difference
                 individually and together as a group.

                 Charitable Donation Match

                 At Burnham, we are proud to support our communities by partnering with employees in contributing to
                 charitable organizations. Burnham matches employee donations made to IRS-qualified charities dollar for
                 dollar, up to $500 per year.

                 To apply for a matching donation for a charity, simply complete the Burnham Way Charitable Giving Form and
                 return it to vilas@burnhambenefits.com.

                 Paid Community Service

                 Burnham recognizes the importance of building positive relationships within the community. Our business
                 and our employees are interdependent on the service agencies, organizations, educational institutions, and
                 various resources within the community. Burnham encourages and supports participation in community service
                 activities that contribute to the community and foster future growth and development needs. Our goal is to help
                 existing community service organizations implement and continue programs and projects that will improve the
                 quality of life for the community at large.

                 All regular full-time and part-time employees may volunteer your services as a public service or for
                 humanitarian purposes, and take up to a maximum of 16 hours of normal paid work time within a calendar year
                 to participate in an approved community service activity.
                 To apply for paid time off to volunteer for community service, complete the Community Service Hours Form
                 and return it to Human Resources.
