Long- term care is custodial care received in an assisted-living facility, nursing home, or in your own home if you need
assistance with daily living activities or have a cognitive impairment like dementia or Alzheimer’s. Long-term care insurance
will pay for care received at home, in a nursing home or assisted living facility. Marcus & Millichap has partnered with LTC
