When can I change my benefits?
Open Enrollment
During open enrollment you can make changes to your benefits – like choosing a different medical plan or enrolling or re-enrolling in the Flexible Spending
Account plans.
Qualifying Event
• You can make changes during the plan year if something in your life changes (and is an event recognized by the IRS), such as:
Marriage, divorce, Birth, adoption, Change in Change in Loss of other Medicare or Reduced hours at Qualified Medical

• You’ll make qualifying event changes online on ADP as these changes are not automatic. You must notify Human Resources, and provide
documentation, within 30 days of the qualifying event. The election change must be consistent with the event. Benefit election decisions will then remain
