RELIANCE STANDARD | EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PLAN (EAP)
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides employees and their household members with free, confidential assistance to help
with personal or professional problems that may interfere with work or family responsibilities and obligations. EAP services are
provided by Reliance Standard and their counselors provide confidential assistance for a variety of personal and work-related issues
such as stress/anxiety/depression, life transitions, grief/loss, divorce/separation, conflict resolution, substance abuse and work-life
balance. EAP services include diagnostic assessment, counseling, outside referral if necessary (coordinated through your health
insurance benefits), legal consultations and financial consultations and Bereavement Support Services. Please reference the EAP
summary for a full listing of benefits.
Program features include:
3 face-to-face visits per issue with an EAP counselor
Telephonic counseling 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via a toll-free nationwide number
Mobile App: myACI app, iOS users (Username: RSLI, Password: 859), Android users (RSLI859)

With InfoArmor through Reliance Standard, you’ll be better protected from the often devastating consequences of identity theft. If
you suspect that you’re a victim of identity theft, a toll-free call will put you in touch with a professional fraud support
representative. You’ll be assigned a dedicated Privacy Advocate who’ll work with you step-by-step to help you recover your identity
as quickly and as easily as possible.

RELIANCE STANDARD | TRAVEL ASSISTANCE PLAN
On Call is a 24-hour, toll-free service that provides a comprehensive range of information, referral, coordination and arrangement
services designed to respond to most medical care situations and many other emergencies you may encounter when you travel
more than 100 miles from home or in a foreign country. On Call also offers pre-trip assistance including passport/visa requirements,
foreign currency and weather information.
Available services include emergency evacuation, medically necessary repatriation, family member/friend visits, return of traveling
companion/dependent children/vehicle/mortal remains, urgent message relay, interpretation/translation services, emergency travel
arrangements, recovery of lost/stolen personal possessions, legal assistance and/or bail bond, medical referrals for local physicians/
dentists, medical case monitoring, prescription assistance, eyeglasses replacement and convalescent arrangements.
