Execution Leadership - Bird core team member
As Bird’s main point of contact, Catie is in touch with
Bird’s team daily
Responsible for managing the overall Bird account
Catie Halfmann as well as project managing all routine and special
Senior Account Executive projects that get delivered to Bird
Responsible for overall client management,
including:
- analyzing market proposals
- negotiating benefit plan renewals
- coordinating employee benefit
communications
- managing group carriers/administrators
- ensuring group compliance, and
- supporting wellness initiatives
Takes a creative and strategic approach to managing
each client to their specific needs
Deals with escalated issues, works with Sherry to
prepare for weekly calls and delegates
administrative needs.
Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations/Advertising from
Chapman Universities Dodge College of Film and
Media Arts
Service Leadership - Bird core team member
As Birds’ service lead, Sherry manages the day-to-
day claim issues and employee benefit inquiries.
Supports Catie with administrative elements of the
Sherry Higgins Bird account
Account Manager Responsible for the:
- Account management of assigned groups
- Organizing employee communication pieces
for open enrollment meetings
- Updating and renewing benefits enrollment
technology sites, Cobra, FSA, and HSA
