Strategic Benefits Planning
Overall Approach to Strategic Benefits Planning
Burnham has the resources and expertise to partner with Bird for the long term.
From the start of Burnham’s partnership with Bird, our focus revolves around
understanding the organization, financial goals, corporate values and the way these
need to be reflected in the employee benefits offering.
Burnham’s process of formulating a benefit strategy begins with a review of current
plans and their performance. How have they met expectations? What are the
shortcomings or areas for improvement? What is the current return on investment?
This planning session includes a discussion of Bird’s short- and long-term goals and as
well as a review of key program elements and market conditions.
