The timeline serves as a tracking system to keep objectives, expectations and
deliverables on target and clearly outlines accountability for all tasks. Burnham utilizes
project management software to ensure goals are achieved timely.
Burnham meets face-to-face with clients regularly to review the timeline and tasks and
adjust accordingly. Ongoing, we provide clients with:

Contribution summary
Vendor contact information
Employee communication materials
Additional information as needed
Burnham updates the Client Profile as new developments occur so that
Bird always has current information at its fingertips. Each Client Profile also comes in
handy as a tool to illustrate historical rate comparisons and carrier trends for future
renewals.
