can make an appointment with your doctor (or any Kaiser doctor) via online video or over the phone at no charge. Phone
and video doctor appointments can be helpful for follow-up care, and also can help with medical conditions such as cold and
flu symptoms, allergies, bronchitis, urinary tract infection, respiratory infection, sinus problems, ear infections and more. To

Advice Nurse: Kaiser gives you 24/7 access to registered nurses over the phone. If you’re not sure whether you need to see a
