Paid Time Off






         iFLY recognizes that each Team Member has diverse needs for time off from work. Therefore, the Company
         currently provides paid time off to its regular Team Members. Paid Time Off (“PTO”) is any time taken off from
         work for any reason, including vacation, sickness, or any other personal reason, but not including official Company
         holidays, bereavement or jury duty.
