Maternity / Paternity







         Paid Maternity / Paternity Leave
         iFLY provides supplemental pay benefits to Team Members who
         need to take time off from work to recover from the birth of a
         child and/or bond with their birthed or adopted child.
         Maternity/Paternity paid leave will be processed as a regular
         check and provided to Team Members on regularly scheduled
         pay dates.

         Hourly Team Members
           Eligibility: Full-time hourly Team Members who have been
            employed with iFLY for at least twelve (12) months of
            continuous employment
           Maternity / Paternity Leave Benefit: Four (4) weeks for
            the birth/adoption of a child.
           How Leave is Calculated: The average number of weekly
            hours worked during the preceding twelve (12) months at
            the Team Member’s current hourly rate of pay

         Salaried Team Members
           Eligibility: Full-Time salaried Team Members who have
