Maternity / Paternity
Paid Maternity / Paternity Leave
iFLY provides supplemental pay benefits to Team Members who
need to take time off from work to recover from the birth of a
child and/or bond with their birthed or adopted child.
Maternity/Paternity paid leave will be processed as a regular
check and provided to Team Members on regularly scheduled
pay dates.
Hourly Team Members
Eligibility: Full-time hourly Team Members who have been
employed with iFLY for at least twelve (12) months of
continuous employment
Maternity / Paternity Leave Benefit: Four (4) weeks for
the birth/adoption of a child.
How Leave is Calculated: The average number of weekly
hours worked during the preceding twelve (12) months at
the Team Member’s current hourly rate of pay
Salaried Team Members
Eligibility: Full-Time salaried Team Members who have
been employed with iFLY for at least twelve (12) months of To Apply for Maternity /
continuous employment Paternity Leave
Maternity / Paternity Leave Benefit: Six (6) weeks for the Contact the Human Resources

Note: Paid maternity and paternity leave will be paid at the
Team Member’s current rate of pay.
Additional benefits in which the Team Member qualifies will FMLA is a federal mandated
commence following the completion of any eligible Maternity/ “job-protection” benefit, not

All regular payroll deductions and applicable taxes will be
applied to a Team Member’s paid maternity/paternity leave
benefits.
