SUPPLEMENTAL BENEFITS







         Additional Perks Through Career Group


         Paid Vacation

         We provide paid vacation benefits so that our employees can recharge, relax, and enjoy a rich personal life.
         Eligible, full-time employees begin accruing vacation benefits upon hire and can use accrued time following 90 days of
         employment. Vacation time can accrue up to 1 1⁄2 times the employee’s annual accrual rate and be carried over from
         one calendar year into the next.

         Paid Sick Leave
         We provide paid sick leave in agreement with city ordinances while enhancing the accrual and carry over caps.
         Eligible employees begin accruing sick leave benefits upon hire and can use accrued time following 90 days of
         employment.

         San Francisco employees are entitled to 72 hours of sick time which accrues at the rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours of
         work. There is no cap on annual use other than the amount of time available and be carried over from one calendar year
         into the next.


         Summer Fridays Perk
         Our Summer Fridays perk runs annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. On three set Fridays, eligible employees
         enjoy a full-day, with pay, to start their weekend early.
