Paid Holidays

         Our holiday calendar is set on an annual basis. Celebrated holidays generally include:

                      •   Spring Holiday                       •   Day after Thanksgiving

                      •   Friday before Labor Day*             •   New Year’s Day

         We provide accommodations for our employees’ diverse religious observances not already set forth in our Holiday
         Calendar.
         *Closing early at 1:00 pm


         Parental Leave

         Paid Parental Leave
         We support parental bonding time with new children. We created our Paid Parental Leave policy to provide meaningful
         assistance during bonding leaves for newly born, adopted, or fostered children.

         Our Paid Parental Leave supplements the difference between your weekly Paid Family Leave benefits and 100% of
         your gross weekly wages up to $2,027 per week for up to six weeks of child bonding.

         Phase-Back to Work
         We created our Phase-Back to Work policy to support our parents who are re-acclimating to the workplace after a leave.
         You may be adjusting to new childcare arrangements, new schedules, and settling into your new normal.
         Eligible parents will be automatically granted a flexible work schedule for two weeks, with full pay, upon returning to
         work.

         Commuter Benefits
         We offer pretax commuter benefits for those who prefer to purchase transit passes for commuting to and from work


         Mobile Plan Reimbursements
         For eligible employees who opt to use their personal mobile device for work, we reimburse up to $25 per month to cover
         work-related charges. Reimbursements start either the 1st of the month after 90 days of full-time employment or after a
         qualified status change.


         Bonuses
         We take pride in recognizing truly stellar performance by awarding discretionary year-end bonuses. Discretionary
         bonuses are dependent on many considerations, but can include performance, position, tenure, and company
         profitability.
