summary of your benefit options and is designed to help you make choices and enroll for coverage. Each
year you have the opportunity to review the benefits offered and to decide which programs will best fit your
needs over the coming year.

This guide provides you with an overview of the benefit plans offered to all eligible employees and
dependents. Please refer to PlanSource for your Summary of Benefits and Coverage documents (SBCs) or
your carrier booklets and certificates for more detailed information. Prior to enrolling, you are encouraged to
make use of this benefits guide. Carefully read through the benefit plan descriptions so that you can make the
best enrollment decisions to meet your needs in the coming year.

What’s New for 2020
While there will be some minor benefit and cost changes for the 2020 plan year, Career Group Companies is
pleased to announce that we will continue to offer competitive benefit plan offerings through Anthem Blue
Cross. Please see below for a high level overview of what will be changing:

• Medical
• Benefit Changes to the PPO plan
• Specialist copay change to the EPO plan
• Dental: No changes
• Vision: No changes
• Life and Disability: No Changes

• Monthly Premium Contributions: Increased employer contribution towards premiums of dependent
coverage tiers to help support our growing families!
