Commuter Benefits
Flex Today | Commuter Benefits
Marcus & Millichap sponsors the Commuter Choice program to help you pay for certain parking and transportation expenses you
incur to commute to work. The commuter benefits are offered to you through Flex Today. You can enroll or make changes at any
time.
Plan Features:
• Parking: You may set aside up to $270 per month pre-tax to pay for your parking expenses at or near your primary, long-term
business location, or parking at or near a “park and ride” or similar location if you use mass-transit.
• Transit: You may set aside up to $270 per month pre-tax to pay for transportation by train, light-rail or by a public or
subscription bus or the costs of an eligible vanpool. An eligible vanpool transports 7 or more adults, including the driver, for
the majority of the commute.

SIPs are not eligible for this coverage
Newport Group | 401(k)
All employees are encouraged to participate in Marcus & Millichap’s 401(k) plan. This plan allows you to fund for your retirement
with pre-tax and/or after-tax dollars. Marcus & Millichap has a discretionary dollar for dollar match of your deferral per pay period,
up to an annual maximum of $4,000. The 2020 IRS employee deferral limit for those up to age 50 is $19,500. Employees who are
50 years or older during the plan year may contribute $26,000 ($19,500 + $6,500 catch up deferral). Enroll any time after your first
pay date.
