(Orange), Children’s Hospital at Mission (Mission Viejo), Hoag Memorial 9 Hospitals
Hospital Presbyterian (Newport Beach), Hoag Hospital Irvine (Irvine), Hoag
Orthopedic Institute (Irvine), Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center
(Mission Viejo), Mission Hospital Laguna (Laguna Beach), St. Joseph
Hospital of Orange (Orange) and St. Jude Medical Center (Fullerton).
• Choose from 450 primary care physicians (PCP) throughout greater
Orange County. You may choose one close to home or work, it’s up to you.
• When it’s urgent, you have access to 25+ urgent care centers, available

centers in the network, you pay your regular PCP copay versus the
urgent care copay.

Reserve My Spot is a convenient urgent care check-in tool created specifically
for the HMO Select (Narrow Network) plan. From your computer or smartphone,
you can check wait times and select the most convenient urgent care location
near you. Stay comfortable wherever you are - when your reservation time
nears, you’ll receive a text message. Visit www.sjhh.org/noline from your

Save time by using the Nurse Advice Line or Telehealth Services
Before scheduling a doctor’s appointment or heading to urgent care, think
about whether your situation poses an immediate, serious threat. If not,
Cigna’s Nurse Advice Line, or an eVisit could be more convenient.
• One call to the Nurse Advice Line can determine your next step in after
hours care. Call (888) 809-3555. Nurse Advice Line and
• Connect with a primary care physician within 10-15 minutes by cell Telehealth Services (evisits)
