When can I change my benefits?
Open Enrollment
During open enrollment you can make changes to your benefits – like choosing a different medical plan or enrolling or re-enrolling in the Flexible Spending Account
plans.
Qualifying Event
• You can make changes during the plan year if something in your life changes (and is an event recognized by the IRS), such as:
Marriage, divorce, Birth, adoption, Change in Change in Loss of other Medicare or Reduced hours at Qualified Medical
legal separation death residence causing employment, coverage for your Medicaid work for you or Child Support
loss of coverage eligibility, or cost of dependent entitlement for your spouse Order (QMCSO)
benefit coverage you, your spouse

• You’ll make qualifying event changes online on Dayforce as these changes are not automatic. You must notify Human Resources, and provide documentation,
within 30 days of the qualifying event. The election change must be consistent with the event. Benefit election decisions will then remain in force for the
remainder of the plan year.

3. If you forget your password or User Name, click on Can't Access Your Account
to make changes if you
experience a qualifying event You will receive an e-mail with your Dayforce credentials within your first few days of
hire (provided your timely completion of new hire paperwork). In Dayforce, you can
enroll in benefits, view paystubs, W2s, request time off, and more!
