         Supplemental Insurance

         Sun Life | Accident Insurance
         Marcus  &  Millichap  offers  you  the  opportunity  to  purchase  Accident  Insurance  at  discounted  group  rates,  through  Sun  Life.
         Accident insurance provides a fixed benefit for accidental injuries such as fractures and dislocations and related expenses, such as
         emergency room visits and physical therapy. Daily hospital and ICU benefits are also included as well as an Accidental Death and
         Dismemberment provision. This plan also includes a wellness screening benefit, which pays $50 per benefit year if you receive one
         covered  wellness  screening  test,  performed  while  covered  under  the  policy.  Plan  options  include  coverage  for  yourself,  your
         spouse and your child(ren). *See the plan documents for more benefit information, a list of covered tests and rate sheets for

         Sun Life | Critical Illness with Cancer Insurance

         This plan provides cash to help with extra expenses so you can focus on your recovery if serious illness strikes. You get a lump-sum
         cash benefit to use however you wish  — even if you receive benefits from other insurance. The benefit provides coverage for
         certain conditions such as cancer, heart attack and end stage kidney disease, among others. The guaranteed issue is $20,000 for
         employee, $10,000 for spouse and $5,000 for child(ren). The plan also includes a wellness screening benefit, which pays $50 per
         benefit  year  if  you  receive  one  covered  wellness  screening  test,  performed  while  covered  under  the  policy.    *See  the  plan

         Retirement Plan
         SIPs are not eligible for this coverage

         Newport Group | 401(k)
         All employees are encouraged to participate in Marcus & Millichap’s 401(k) plan. This plan allows you to fund for your retirement
         with pre-tax and/or after-tax dollars. MMI matches 50% on the first 8% of your deferral per pay period, up to an annual maximum
         match of $4,000. The 2018 IRS employee deferral limit for those up to age 50 is $18,500 and for those 50 years or older during the
         plan year, you may contribute $24,500 ($18,500 + $6,000 catch up deferral).  Enroll any time after 1st of the month following the
         completion of 30 days of employment.


         Commuter Benefits



         Flex Today

         Marcus & Millichap sponsors the Commuter Choice program to help you pay for certain parking and transportation expenses you
         incur to commute to work. The commuter benefits are offered to you through Flex Today.  You can enroll at any time.

         Plan Features:
            ➢  The Parking Account allows you to set aside up to $260 per month pre-tax to pay for your parking expenses at or near
                your primary, long-term business location, or parking at or near a “park and ride” or similar location if you use mass-
                transit.
            ➢  The Transit Account allows you to set aside up to $260 per month pre-tax to pay for transportation by train, light-rail or by
                a public or subscription bus or the costs of an eligible vanpool.  An eligible vanpool transports 7 or more adults, including
                the driver, for the majority of the commute.
