Benefits





         Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)

         Insurance
         SOAs, LAs and SIPs are not eligible for this coverage

         Lincoln Financial Group | Basic Life and AD&D Insurance
         Life insurance protects your family or other beneficiaries in the event of your death while you are still actively employed with the
         company. Marcus & Millichap pays for coverage, offered through Lincoln Financial Group, in the amount of 1x your annual base
         salary to a maximum benefit of $200,000. If your death is due to a covered accident or injury, your beneficiary will receive  an
         additional amount through Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage.

         Lincoln Financial Group | Voluntary Life and AD&D
         In  addition  to  the  company  provided  Basic  Life  and  AD&D  benefits,  you  may  elect  to  purchase  additional  Term  Life/AD&D
         insurance for yourself, spouse and Life only for dependent children at discounted group rates provided by Lincoln Financial Group.
         You pay for this coverage with after-tax dollars through convenient payroll deductions. Note that age reductions apply.

         You may purchase coverage for yourself in increments of $10,000 up to a maximum benefit of $500,000, not to exceed 5 times
         your annual  base salary.

         Guarantee issue is a pre-approved amount of coverage that does not require you to provide proof of good health, and is available
         to you during your initial eligibility period (upon hire). Guarantee issue is available to you in the amount of $150,000. If you are no
         longer in your initial eligibility period, you may enroll in Voluntary Life insurance anytime during the year as long as you provide proof of
         good health. To provide proof of good health, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire and are subject to insurance carrier
         approval. Lincoln Financial Group may approve or decline coverage based on a review of your health history.

         If you are already enrolled in the Voluntary Life  you  are eligible to elect an additional $20,000 each year at open enrollment without
         health questions.

         For your spouse, coverage is available in increments of $5,000 up to $250,000, not to exceed 50% of the  employee’s  elected
         amount. The guaranteed issue is $30,000.

         For your dependent child(ren), Life only coverage is available in $5,000, $10,000 or $20,000. Full guaranteed issue.

         Short Term Disability Insurance
         SIPs are not eligible for this coverage


         Lincoln Financial Group | Voluntary Short Term Disability Insurance
         Marcus & Millichap offers you the opportunity to purchase Short Term Disability (STD) through Lincoln Financial Group to provide
         income replacement  if you become disabled due to accident, sickness or pregnancy. If you experience a temporary disability,
         benefits begin 8 days after the start of your accident, sickness or pregnancy.
         •   The voluntary STD benefit for CA, NY and NJ employees is a Non-Integrated Plan Design. Meaning, that the benefit will not be
             reduced  by  any  amounts  employees  receive  for  state  SDI,  Social  Security,  etc.    The  benefit  is  equal  to  30%  of  your  pre‐
             disability earnings up to a maximum benefit of $2,500 per week.
         •   The voluntary STD benefit for Non CA, NY and NJ employees is equal to 60% of your pre-disability earnings up to a maximum
             benefit of $3,000 per week.
