Short-Term Disability Insurance

Doctor appointments, follow-ups, time away from projects–getting injured can be stressful enough. Riot provides Short-Term
Disability Insurance to make sure you get paid even while you’re unable to work due to a temporary disability, at no cost to you.

• Insurance combines with state and federal disability payments to provide you with up to 100% of your pre-disability earnings.
• Benefits kick in 7 days after the start of an accident, sickness, or pregnancy-related disability.

Long-Term Disability Insurance

Riot also provides Long-Term Disability Insurance to ensure you get paid while you are unable to work for an extended period
of time, again at no cost to you.

• Insurance combines with state and federal disability payments to provide you with up to 2/3 of your pre-disability earnings.
• Benefits kick in 90 days after the start of a qualifying illness or injury (when Short-Term Disability benefits end).
• Coverage maxes out at $20,000 per month.

401(k) Plan

Riot wants to help you lay the foundation for your financial future by automatically enrolling you (at a 5% contribution)
in our Fidelity 401(k) program.

• Eligible Rioters are automatically enrolled.
• Riot will match $1/$1 for up to 3% of the income you invest.

• Riot will match $0.50 per $1 you contribute for the next 2% of the income you invest (up to 5%).
• You can contribute up to $18,000 in 2017.
