Living in the Moment
Follow these guidelines when you want to find the moment in the midst of endless
yesterdays and infinite tomorrows.
Notice when you are NOT living in the moment. Affirm, "I will live in the
Moment." Imagine seeing a stop sign in your mind.
Become aware of your current setting. Where are you? Who are you with?
Let go of thoughts and feelings of yesterday.
Imagine them floating away inside a balloon. See the balloon pop.
Here are a few "Living in the Moment" Outlines you may use to try and focus on the
here and now. Fill in the blanks and follow the steps.
