                                                  Living in the Moment


                   Follow these guidelines when you want to find the moment in the midst of endless
                   yesterdays and infinite tomorrows.

                         Notice when you are NOT living in the moment.  Affirm, "I will live in the



                          Moment." Imagine seeing a stop sign in your mind.
                         Become aware of your current setting.  Where are you?  Who are you with?
                         Let go of thoughts and feelings of yesterday.
                         Imagine them floating away inside a balloon.  See the balloon pop.

                   Here are a few "Living in the Moment" Outlines you may use to try and focus on the
                   here and now.  Fill in the blanks and follow the steps.

                         Notice and Affirm. __________________________________________________
