3. Now, at least three times a day read the list and visualise having and
enjoying each one.
4. When you attain something on your list you may take it off the list
5. When the list starts working for you, don't panic and withdraw from it.
While this may seem like magic at first remember it is a tool.
Do not show the contents of your list to anyone else! It is easy to allow another
person's pessimism to colour your efforts.
Remember, you can use your mind, or you can let someone else use it
for you.
This list uses the same thought processes you already use to get what you desire
or fear, but it helps you focus. This allows you greater control of the process by
making it more conscious. Developing the use of your creative mind is similar
to developing any other skill. Whether you are a child learning to ride a bike
for the first time or a middle-aged woman learning a new skill you will need to
practice. As with any new aptitude, learning to use your mind creatively also
requires great patience and persistence. The results will soon begin to show as
long as you follow through on your commitment. After all, your mind is
already creating; you are simply learning new ways to direct the process.
