                                                       Exercising your Mind

                          Your mind can be programmed for more efficient activity by the use of exercises that strengthen
                          your abilities in the areas of concentration, relaxation, imagination, will and memory. These
                          exercises must be done on a regular basis, just as you would do physical exercises. Here is one
                          such exercise.


                          TEN things you desire List.

                          This  exercise  will  help  you  develop  will  power,  perspective,  and  goal  setting
                          skills, concentration and visualization skills. For this exercise, you will need a
                          small note pad.


                          1.  Write down ten things you intensely desire. Make sure the things on your
                              list are specific and measurable.

                          2.Next, rewrite the list in the order of their importance.
