Love IS the answer. If this is true, what, then, is the question? The question is this:
How do you heal a person who is suffering from emotional, spiritual or physical pain?
When an individual is suffering, whether it is mentally or physically, there is but one
certain remedy for that pain. The only sure way to heal pain and suffering of any
nature is with love.
Without love, the negative energy created by pessimistic thoughts and destructive
emotions inhibits the flow of positive energy through your body. In order to become
free from any physical pain, illness or dis-ease, you must release this negativity and let
the positive, healing energy flow through your body and your mind. In most cases, all
that is required to ensure that negativity is released and only positive energy flows is to
change your way of thinking.
When you begin to change the way in which you think, your life experiences begin to
change. When you change your attitudes toward others, their attitudes toward you
begin to change. Because the condition of your body will always be an invaluable way
to monitor your physical emotional and mental health it is important to learn to listen
to the messages your body is sending you. If you are not happy with the way life
seems to be treating you, you simply must change the way in which you treat life.
Simple? Yes, very.
Healing your self of any physical pain requires that you remove the conditions that
cause the dis-ease. When you do this, you may find that the causes of illness are not
strictly physical. They can sometimes relate to the mental and emotional life you live,
as well. Your thoughts and feelings are powerful dynamic forces that influence every
aspect of your life. Furthermore, your emotions are a major cause of either health or
dis-eases in both your body and your mind. You alone hold the key to unlocking the
mystery of everlasting health and happiness. That key is LOVE.
Your belief systems are the way in which you feel and think about your self and your
life. Your attitudes and emotions towards yourself are especially important because
they form the foundation for the person you will eventually become.
Whether or not it is plain to see, your conscious and unconscious attitudes and
emotions powerfully affect the cells, tissues and organs within your body. Thus, they
also affect the conditions you experience in the world around you.
