NCC – Air Wing

The school takes pride in welcoming the
NCC Air Wing JD to the campus as it is a
greatopportunity for the students to
become cadets and participate in activities
at various levels.

The Air Wing of NCC begins its recruitment
at the beginning of each year. The girls and
boys of Grade 8 have joined Junior Wing
(JW) and Junior Division (JD) respectively. Click to view the program details

The training activities for these cadets will include trainings at both institutional and camplevel. The
school believes that the young cadets of Jayendra will acquire leadership qualities, obedience, courage
and numerous other qualities that will help them become the saviors of the nation in the future.

Scouts and Guides:

The Scouts and Guides, Cubs and Bulbuls Unit
have been in existence in Jayendra for the past 5
years.

The Bharat Scouts and guides is a voluntary, non-
political, educational movement for young
people open to all without distinction of origin,
race it or creed, in accordance with the purpose,
principles and methods conceived by the
founder lord Baden Powell in 1907.

The purpose of the movement is to
contribute to the development of young
people in achieving their full physical,
intellectual, emotional, social and
spiritual potentials as individuals, as

responsible citizens and as members of
local, national and international
communities.
