7. Select Import Term set.
8. From the Term set import window, click Browse.
9. Navigate to the .csv file you saved in Step 5, select the file, and then click Open.
You are taken back to the Term set import window.
10. Click OK.
You are taken back to the SharePoint Online Admin Center portal, where you’ll
see the Term set you just imported listed under the group you selected in Step 6.
Exercising the Powers Vested on the Site Collection Administrator
As a Site Collection Administrator, you have the highest level of permissions in your site collection that allows you to perform tasks that may have routed to your IT team in the past. You also have the power to enable or disable features that are used in subsites within your site collection. Moreover, you have access to all the subsites regardless of whether you’ve been added as a user to the site.
Sharing your site externally
When the SharePoint Online Administrator enables external sharing from the SharePoint Online Admin Center, this does not mean that all site collections are automatically shared externally. You, as a Site Collection Administrator, also need to share the site.
To share the site, click the Share button in the upper right of any site. Once the Share dialog appears, you can share the site with others by entering their email address.
If the external users you invite to your site already have an Office 365 account, they can log in by using that account. If not, they will be asked to log in with a Microsoft account. Also, you can share the site with anonymous users using a special link, if the SharePoint Administrator for Office 365 has allowed it for the site collection.
Creating a new team subsite and/or new document libraries
A subsite is merely a SharePoint site under a site collection. It uses the same navi- gation as the top-level site and has the capability of using all the site collection
