As you work on your document, your changes are automatically saved. As a result, you’ll notice there is no Save button in PowerPoint Online. You can, however, save the current document as a new file by selecting File → Save a Copy.
When you finish your edits, you can close the document by navigating back to your document library (either in SharePoint Online or OneDrive for Business) from the hyperlinked breadcrumb next to “PowerPoint Online” on the Office 365 naviga- tion bar.
Getting started with PowerPoint Online
With an Internet-connected device, you can create professional-looking presen- tations without installing any software. To get started, navigate to https:// office.com and log in with your Office 365 credentials. From the landing page, click PowerPoint to launch the online application. The intuitive PowerPoint Online Wel- come page (see Figure 13-2) displays several options to choose from. You can create a new blank presentation, start with a template, or continue working on a recent file.
