The standard Office 365 disclaimer also applies to Exchange. Microsoft is con- stantly updating, changing, and improving the product. You may not find the menus and options exactly as we outline in the book. If things look different, Microsoft has made an update. The concepts remain the same, but you may have to look around to find exactly what you’re looking for.
Managing recipients
The management pages for managing recipients include pages for managing user mailboxes, groups, resources, contacts, shared mailboxes, and migration (as shown in Figure 20-4).
Mailboxes
The main landing page when you open the recipients link is for managing mail- boxes. This is where you will spend most of your time, so it makes sense that this is the landing page. On this page, you can edit user mailboxes, and also enable or disable features, place holds, configure archiving, and even turn on or off email connectivity for a mailbox. You can click the navigation bar across the top to change to other related management pages for recipients, such as groups, resources, and contacts (as shown in Figure 20-4).
