EYES INC—CCEP Yearly Report for 2019-2020 — Version 0.3 June 22, 2020
Please note that the percentages representing our target population change from Year 1 to Year 2 and onward. Based on our catchment area, we had assumed that our recruitment efforts would yield enough African-American and Hispanic women to satisfy the placement quotas that had been set at an 80% African-American, 20% Hispanic split. As this program focuses on at-risk minority women, we had assumed that Caucasian women would not be included in the recruited client population.
Of the seven women enrolled in CCEP during Year 1, four were Caucasian and three were African- American. The four Caucasian women were referrals from Drug Court and the New Jersey Department of Child Protection and Permanency (DC&P). Moving forward, CCEP will inform our contracts within the Drug Courts and DC&P of our desired demographic for Years 2 through 5 (60% African-American; 30% Hispanic; 10% Caucasian).

Staff may or may not use all five elements in every session, and there is no proscribed length of time to achieve the behavior change outcome.
