Kaas to Starups (Starrarps) gard in Franninge for 1,000 daler for the large "stone house garden" at Adelgatan, but when they could not pay the loan and redeem the mortgage, Bjorn Kaas after proper proceedings allowed the Ditlov sons to redeem the mortgage at the Malmo citycounsil on No- vember 7, 1580 and again on November 28 of the same year. As no one appeared at this second redemption of the mortgage, the bailiff Jorgen Jensen granted the mortgage holder Bjorn Kaas possession (mortgage) of the property and appointed surveyors to inspect it. At the third auction of the property on December 12 of that year, the bailiff Jorgen Jensen read out a letter received from the Ditlovsonerna at the meeting, which read:
