 On this occasion, Friis also had another reason to be pleased. From the Malmo spirits sales company which began on October 1st, 1876, Friis had been granted a compensation for his former right to sell spirits in the cellar at Kansligatan (now a fruit store) of an annual amount of 5,000 kronor for the rest of his life. 2. by "innkeeper" Gustav Theodore Osberg, born in Sodra Sandby on March 6, 1846. After Osberg left the restaurant business, he became a merchant, from Feb. 1, 1890 he was a partner in the factory Carl, and from the beginning of 1892, he was the sole owner of this business. He died on April 26, 1904. 3. 1887 - late 1889 by the house warden Gustav Robert Sjoberg, born on February 10, 1830 and died on January 19th 1918.
Late 1889-1890 by the widow of restaurateur Bengt Persson, Maria Persson, born Lundberg on February 27, 1840 and died on June 3, 1914.
1891 - June 30, 1907 by the cellar master Anders Ahlstrom, who, born on August 17, 1839 and died on June 28, 1918, was assisted by his son Axel Albert Ahlstrom, born on June 20, 1877 and died on May 11, 1912 as an active partner. It was during their time that, as mentioned below, in 1906 the major renovation and expansion of the basement and cellar floors of the house with a gable roof was undertaken, and these floors received their current, traditional and sturdy decor.
