I would appreciate just a few moments of your time for what I think is really important. We have just moved to this area and have
encountered an amazing surprise regarding customer service from our local Jewel Store number 3061.

I am not really sure where to start except to say that once you enter this store you have entered an new world in grocery shopping. It
does not make any difference what department you are shopping in, the level of customer service is absolutely amazing. I love flowers
and the people who work this department are always willing to offer suggestions and always with courtesy and a smile. Also, this week
I asked an individual in Produce for advice regarding serving a vegetable for Christmas Dinner. Again, I received the same response as I
always receive from the Floral Department. I don't know why I was surprised. We were shopping one day and could not find an
item. I apologize that I do not know the associates name, but she said, "go ahead and continue your shopping and I will find it for you
and bring it to you." This is exactly what she did.

The Front End Manager Sean M. is always monitoring the area to make sure that your customers are not waiting in long lines. Also,
your Customer Service is always available and exceptionally helpful.

Another person who is always just a phone call away, if he is not on the floor, is your Store Director William R.

As you can see he is very lucky to have a terrific staff working for him. However, I have saved the best for last. This individual defines
what you would want all Jewel Associates to provide when it comes to customer service. I am speaking of Robin A. of the Sea Food
Department. Robin is the ultimate professional. Robin is courteous, polite, and her product knowledge is exceptional. Once you have
met Robin, she knows you and will greet you by name and a smile. There are not enough adjectives in the dictionary to explain how
terrific Robin is. She make grocery shopping a pleasure and that in itself is something that is exceptional.
