I am writing about the outstanding floral service I received from Floral Manager Holly M. On March 22 I called
the floral department with the hope of getting a special arrangement made for my sister’s 70 birthday.

Alstromeria is my sister’s favorite flower so I asked Holly if she could put something special together in a loose arrangement
th
and my brother-in-law would pick it up on the 25 . My sister and her husband actually went into the store on that
Saturday and Holly found her in an aisle and made the surprise presentation. She even took special pictures of my
sister with the arrangement and sent them to me. It was an absolutely gorgeous arrangement. I could not have been
happier and my sister was thrilled.

Holly went above and beyond to assist me, a customer who was from out of state. She was friendly, professional and
patient as we worked out the details during my various calls. She made sure that the arrangement was made with the
freshest batch of flowers and greens and worked hard to make sure this special surprise for my sister was successful.

I have no idea how long Holly has been with Jewel-Osco, but I can say that she represents the personality and
professionalism any company would want in their employee.
