Please note that I was shopping at the River Forest Jewel-Osco on Sunday, May 20 .
I was asked by my grandson to pick up a certain item. I was unable to find it and River Forest
walked up to a young man named Jiamon L. whom was working in aisle 3.

I asked him where the Taki’s in the purple bag were. He said he was sorry but Jewel-
Osco does not carry them. Although there were comparable items. So off I went to
try and find something. I picked up a bag of what I thought might be the same. I
went back to aisle 3 where Jiamon was working and he assured me that it was close
to the item I was looking for.

What a nice, knowledgeable young man. His smile is also contagious.
