Cashier Carol B. is courteous, efficient and her personality is contagious. She
knows how we like the frozen bagged and the clerk respects and listens to her
and Carol gets along with everyone.

We give her a 10+ although I’m sure she always gets that! Her friendly smile and
knowledge of her work makes the Jewel-Osco shopping experience a happy
experience and the reason we all shop here.

If cloning a perfect and likeable Jewel-Osco cashier were possible a Carol should
be placed in all of your stores.
