Orange Peel Chicken Skillet

      Ingredients

      1 (1.7-2.0 lbs.) package Orange Peel Chicken Strips
      1 cup rice
      2 cups water
      2 tablespoons oil
      1 orange bell pepper, large diced
      1 red bell pepper, large diced
      1 white onion, large diced
      1 cup sugar snap peas, halved
      1 cup broccoli florets

      Instructions

      Begin by cooking the rice in water according to package instructions.
      Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat and cook the onions and peppers until charring begins, about 5-7 minutes and set aside.
      In the same skillet cook the chicken strips until golden in color, about 10-15 minutes. Stir in the peas with pepper and onion mixture. Serve over
      the rice and enjoy.
