A surprise meeting

A five-year-old little girl sitting in front of her television, was watching ‘Adventure time’ every single day. She
loved that show and the character called Jake. She was such a dreamy girl with the fun of the whole universe
in her head! She would imagine going on an adventure in her imaginary world.
One day, she dreamed about meeting and spending time with Fin and Jake. They visited Fire kingdom, Candy

kingdom and even Earldom of Lemongrab. Playing with fire dogs and eating candies, she had so much fun.
She was so happy to dream about it and held that dream deep in her heart as though it were a priceless
treasure.

Time passed and she is an older girl now. All her memories, and her wish to watch her favorite show everyday
slowly, begun to fade. Now it is almost gone. She is interested in different things and does not like ‘adventure
time,’ as much as she did in the past. As she grows up, troubles and pain increased. Life was hard and unfair.

Suddenly, a familiar voice called her. It was Jake standing behind her with Finn! This was confusing, but she
felt that bright joy inside her. This feeling was old and so comfortable. While she was shocked and standing
still, Jake said “Hi friend, it’s been a long time. Look at you! You have grown a lot!”
The girl said “I... I can’t even believe this. Jake! Finn! It is you! I have been dreaming about you guys again! I
cannot even describe how happy I am! After all these years, we finally met!”
Jake laughed and said: “I’m so happy to meet you too. I remember the last time we met; you were so young
girl full of dreams! I just want to say sorry that we are meeting like this”
The girl: “Like what?”

Jake: “oh you don’t know it yet? It’s not a dream this time, we are here to take you on adventure for real!”

The girl said “Does that mean I shifted to your universe??” (In an overly excited voice)
It was a dead silence for a few second then Jake said “No, I’m sorry. Your journey ended here. Now, a new one
is about to begin!”

The sudden realization came to the girl’s mind and she gasped “oh.” ‘that’s right, then let us begin our new
journey together’ she said.
