• Hi, today I am going to share a story about innovative value of service promise. In MCI,
there is a lot of incidents whereby a customer ordered a raw material urgently, but our

delivery trucks are currently busy and they couldn’t pick up the materials themselves.

So I took up initiative to send the materials using my vehicle to ensure that there is no
