CORE TRAITS AND ORGANIZATIONAL BELIEFS

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT - Leadership is the ability to influence and direct a
group or cohort, in a manner that earns you their confidence and cooperation to get
a task completed successfully.

DISCIPLINE - Discipline is doing what has to be done, when it has to be done, as
well as it can be done, and doing it the right way consistently.

ORGANIZATION - Organization allows us the ability to make efficient-use of our
valuable time. We have a limited amount of time to prepare. We will exhibit a

business-like mentality because we will HAVE A PLAN-ORGANIZE THE PLAN-
WORK & TEACH THE PLAN, and EVALUATE THE RESULTS.

CONFIDENCE - We must build our players confidence. This is a viable key to
success. If a player can perform the things we ask him to do well in practice, he will
then have the confidence to reciprocate those things during the game.

SACRIFICE - No matter how much we give to the team we will always receive more
in return. To be a part of a team that shares a multitude of personalities and

backgrounds, both players and coaches must be willing to sacrifice personal
gratification for the exponential gain of our BROTHERS.
