Aruba brought

love to Femke

and Patrick from

the Netherlands

A year ago, on Aruba, Cupid’s arrows
struck home and hit Femke (32) and Pat-
rick (40), both from the Netherlands.
Femke works in accounting at WebPow-
ers, while Patrick is a consultant at Zeiss.
The two almost have roots growing on
the island, as Femke is a former intern,
having worked at the Holiday Inn Resort
in 2006, and Patrick was an intern at the
Renaissance in 2001.
The two have been back many times,
but not as a couple; now they are.
This is their 10th trip, and of course they
went to MooMba Beach, their favorite
spot on the island, where there is always
live music, great food and many good
drinks to be had. Last year, love caught
them unawares....
