Having lived in the Coachella Valley for almost her entire

life, Lauryn is well-versed in the desert communities; she
also has comprehensive knowledge of surrounding areas

like Orange County, where she spent her summers growing
up, and also where she graduated with a BFA in Graphic

Design & Marketing from Chapman University.

Lauryn has been in the real estate industry since 2011,
marketing for one of the most prestigious developers on

the west coast: Sunrise Company. Exclusively for Toscana
County Club, Lauryn brought in $80 Million for TCC in her

first year. During her four-year hiatus from the desert living in Madison, Wisconsin, Lauryn
continued to dominate as a top-producer in her field, working with with luxury builders

for both commercial and residential developments. Missing the sun, she returned to the
desert to deliver powerful sales results for both buyers and sellers.

Lauryn’s passion for architecture, marketing, and people drives her to go above and

beyond for each client, building personal relationships and tailoring every service to their
real estate needs. Merged with extensive resources from the Holland Group at Bennion
