need for the community? The goal of community learning is wisdom for people in the
community to develop their own family and community. Increasing of the empowerment
people in the community can rely on themselves and rely more on each other. Including the

exchange of learning. An interpersonal and community experiences are individual group of
this process for learning networks.

Therefore, the process of learning in the community to quality to develop an
integrated local community. Extensive content and scope only way to live in the community.

This requires cooperation from all parts of society with the community learning is not related
to educational personnel. It is a common learning experience for all parties. The process of

learning in the community should lead to many objectives. Concurrently, such as mutual
understanding, new values and consciousness. Cultivate moral values and values and generous

with new vision. A new paradigm (How to think and how to work) Know the problems and
needs of the community. We have started of the experimenting and accumulating of local

knowledge or new technology to extend the results through the lesson in summary. The
environment is preserved and restored over this time.

3. Operational
